What is Laylatul Qadr?

Laylatul Qadr is considered to be the holiest night in the Islamic calendar, and can be found in the last 10 days of the blessed month of Ramadan. This was when the first verses of the Qur’an were revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Although the exact date is unknown, it is widely believed to be the 27th day of the holy month.

When is the Night of Power?

Laylatul Qadr can be found in the last 10 days of Ramadan. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, “Look for it in the odd nights of the last 10 nights of the month of Ramadan.” (Bukhari).
